The American Arbitration and Mediation Organization (AAMO) was founded in 2005 in order to assist the consumer and businesses in settling their issues outside of the costly and time consuming court system. The American Mediation and Arbitration Organization provides a neutral and stress free method for the consumer to bring their complaints against a company and have an impartial arbitrator decide the issue.
